Re: Exit Brexit

i was in the second referendum camp, but I actually think it would be better if the Government just grew a pair and put out a statement along the lines of: "You voted to leave the European Union. It seemed like a good idea. Many of us felt that we could achieve a better situation for our country. W...

Re: Exit Brexit

At least today our MP gets to put an X on a voting slip After saying he did not send a letter of no confidence in TM! (we will never find out if he did or not send a letter as the l...

Favourite comment from the Lords yesterday -
If PM May was to have a confidence vote today (11th Dec) the Government would have to resign in two weeks time if she lost.
As this is Christmas day is this the reason why she delayed the vote on Brexit so she can resign on a more suitable day!

Re: Exit Brexit

"I believe in democracy and the democratic vote was to leave" The vote was so floored, few people knew what they were voting for (On battle-bus 365m per year to NHS - Project Fear etc!) So many were voting against Cameron and not on Europe! Your logic does not seem to add up - however each to their ...

Re: Exit Brexit

I have no hope for this government's approach to Brexit (incl Labours non committal)- This needs a peoples vote to overturn the mess! We must stay in Europe! Most people voted leaving because they would do anything to vote against any policy that fool Cameron made! They just wanted him gone - now th...

His latest trick blocking Victoria Derbyshire fm his twitter account! She was adding his comments made in he run up to the last election which he has conveniently forgotten!! She reminded him he had previously blamed the rising reliance on food banks on those who had a “cash flow problem”, insisting...

Re: Hotel above M&S

Their is so little parking for a Hotel around that area! Suppose that means an end of the underground car park for locals as that will now be made exclusive for residents of the hotel? Mention of parking reminds me parking charges are being put up dramatically I understand around Walton on Thames ca...
