You don't need a permit in the car park. Just park there.

You get a ticket every now and then just ignore them.

Read about flashpark on google.

They have no right to issue parking fines, they are at best speculative invoices for parking services.

Secondly, unlike a council ticket you have no legal requirement to disclose the driver of the car who parked. The ticket is in my name but my partner parked there.

Don't waste your money.

Do you really think the security guards at the Heart are allowed to issue official parking tickets?

Not a chance.

The above poster is correct. Just park there.

The law states there has to be a financial impact related to the cost of you parking there... Which at maximum is the cost of year permit / 365 days.

Seriously everyone ignore it and just park there... They cant do a thing.

I they start sticking anything onto your car put a notice similar to theirs that by putting a sticker on your car you are entering into a contract wit the owner of the vehicle and agree to pay £500 to replace the glass and return the car to its previous condition before their vandalism"

If they do take them to the small claims court and ask them to replace the windscreen.

Is this seriously sound advice? If you had gone to the trouble of saving up to buy a parking space or garage would you be pleased to find that when you came home it was occupied by someone else? If I had a one bedroom flat in The Heart and I had a friend to stay could I just put them up in your spare room without your permission?
