Three sticking plasters, several hair balls one the size of a melon. Two hair grips, an ear plug, several earrings, what appears to be a tooth crown and a false eyelash. So not too bad..

I'll let you know if there still there on Wednesday Magnolia

I tried to resist opening this thread but foolishly couldn't, Boak.

Hard to decide which is the more disgusting. Torn between the tooth, the hair or the sticking plasters. Gag.

And all in that gross, warm soupy water.

FYI - No hot water today, so cold showers, limited food menu, colder than normal air temp in pool area etc.

Contact Elbridge Leisure Centre, the Newspapers and Your Councillor there is no excuse for this to be allowed, one day someone will be really ill and then the Council or Centre will be sued.

I stopped going there when the child's pool floor stopped working as it couldn't be raised or lowered as the mechanism was jammed with erm stuff! One of the pool attendants was busy pulling stuff out of it to make it work.

So yes, cleaning seems to be very low on the priorities there. They seem to rely on the chlorine to clean the water and stop any illness from occurring.

I have witnessed how the changing rooms are cleaned a number of times. This involves a bucket of water from t he pool sloshed around the changing areas.

Hell this would make a great undercover TV show / documentary.

Is anyone up for teaming up and making a short undercover TV show about it?

Get yourself an underwater camera

I had enough on Monday. I saw the same plasters, hair scrunchies, chewing gum, nose clips, hair balls, earrings, false eyelashes and paper sloshing around the bottom as on Friday last.

So I put in a suggestion/complaint slip.

I haven't heard anything since.

When you do your recording check out the staff who wander in and out without protecting their shoes. It's endemic.

New one for Magnolia; three false nails (Baby pink)

Wish I'd resisted the temptation to open this now.

There must be health implications to all this filth in the pool?

It's a great place for a weepy eye, a blocked ear, athletes foot and fungal toenails.

Aside from the false nails, false lashes & tattoos. Who goes swimming chewing gum?

That's not spam. Google the email address and it comes up with the exact same email and name. This person is honestly trying to help. My guess is he is a manager there.
