Bridge Street Shanley Homes

I see on ‘Rightmove’ that Shanley Homes are advertising the new build apartments for sale in Bridge Street.

Around 400k gets you two bedrooms..and a parking space.

Is anything selling at the moment?

Bizarre. Who is wanting to buy a 2 bed flat (with parking space) rather than a 3 bed semi-detached or terrace, of which there are many at the same price?

Someone who wants a modern build or a smaller easily maintainable property or an easy lock up and go?

Pends on leases I guess. Also pends on locations too. Developers have to buy the land. This will at times increase the price. Price may be 400k but I bet they will take offers well below that. Pends on extras added too.

Most people will do their homework before buying anywhere.
