I was going to suggest asking a resident there but chances are they would need to be in their 60-70's to remember him. Plus would of needed to live there for 40+ years. It might help if you gave some more information why you need to know his old address?? You are clearly not meeting up for a tea or coffee.

Your best bet is to find a friend or relative of his. I made some enquiries with someone at flats and the reality there is no one that really knows people back from 1960's and 70's. Most of the residents either did not live there back then or were simply not born.

You might find something by looking at the councils old records of who live where in those years. Freedom of information act request?? Worth a shot.

I know a couple who lived there during that time but I, too, think you need to give more information as to why you need to know this. You can PM me if you like.

They have just closed a large site in Byfleet in the industrial area. Could see that sold off to a supermarket or business? There is more demand for housing at present compared to business units. Many moving to Walton will be working in the city? Wealthy people are less likely to commit crime? The real danger to jobs is automation of equipment and business functions. You no longer need people on 30-40k to click buttons on a computer. Even share traders could be automated by computers.
