Walton-on-Thames Bowling Club invites members and guests to a casual roll-up game every Tuesday from 5pm, with light refreshments provided. The club says there is no need to book: “just turn up, say hello, and enjoy the game.”
Newcomers do not need their own equipment, as the club makes woods available free of charge. Free coaching is available for beginners and for anyone wanting to refine their skills, bookable through the club. The club is also open most days and will arrange an alternative time for anyone who cannot make Tuesdays.
Source: Walton-on-Thames Bowling Club, which gives the 5pm start but no finish time, so no finish time is shown here. Love Walton currently lists the session as 2pm to 4pm, which the club’s own page contradicts. Always verify details directly with the organiser before attending.
