A sound bath uses vibrational sound to encourage relaxation. Participants are invited to lie down, close their eyes and listen to Himalayan and crystal singing bowls and percussive sound.
Sessions run from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the Robert Phillips Gallery, with autumn term dates on 6 October, 3 and 17 November and 1 December 2026.
