Move and Movies: Girls Night is a six-week programme for teenage girls aged 13 to 18, combining physical activity with movie entertainment at Xcel Leisure Complex. Sessions run Thursdays from 6pm to 7.30pm, 30 July to 3 September, cost £6 for the full course, and include a goody bag worth over £100 for anyone completing all six weeks. Spaces are limited to 20 and must be booked in advance through The Teen Project.
