Hersham Bowling Club

Bowls at Coronation Playing Fields since 1900: outdoor bowls through the summer, short mat bowls indoors in winter, and coaching for beginners.

Hersham Bowling Club has been playing at Coronation Playing Fields since 1900, and is one of the few local clubs that keeps going right through the winter by moving indoors to short mat bowls.

About

Who it is for

Adults and older people, at any level of experience. The club states that new members of all abilities are welcome, whether they have played before or not, and that coaching and equipment are both available.

Activities

Outdoor bowls through the summer, short mat bowls indoors through the winter, and social events across the whole year. The club publishes a fixture list for the current season on its own website.
