About
The club was founded in 1922, and a ladies’ section followed in 1937. It is an associate member of Bowls England and is affiliated to the Surrey County Bowls Association, the Surrey County Women’s Bowls Association, the North West Surrey Bowls Association and the West Surrey Bowls Association.
Who it is for
The club says that every decade is represented in its membership and that its youngest member is ten years old, so it takes in adults, older people and capable youngsters. No previous experience is expected.
Activities
League and social bowls, coaching, and a social programme alongside the green. Recent events include an open day on 10 May 2026 and a summer social evening on 20 June 2026.
When and where
The club runs regular Tuesday sessions from 5pm and is open most days, with alternative times available by arrangement.
