The Yellow Practice, Walton-on-Thames: contact, registration and visiting information

The Yellow Practice is an NHS GP practice at Walton Health Centre on Rodney Road, Walton-on-Thames. It is one of three separate practices in the building, alongside The Red Practice and The White Practice, each with its own patient list and phone number.

Registration and appointments

The NHS website listed the practice as accepting new patients when we checked (checked 21 September 2026). Lists can close at short notice, so confirm with the practice.

The practice says you usually have to live within its practice boundary to join, and links to a boundary map from its registration page. You can register online or on a paper form, which you can download or collect from the surgery.

Registration depends on where you live, not just on distance: most practices only register people inside their catchment area. The NHS website lets you check a postcode against this practice's catchment.

Before you visit

The Yellow Practice shares Walton Health Centre with The Red Practice Walton and The White Practice. They are separate practices with their own phone numbers and patient lists, so make sure you contact the one you're registered with.

Our photographs from 6 September 2026 show the health centre's main entrance: glazed doors at the end of a short paved path, with notice boards on the brick wall to their left. A white Health Centre sign with an arrow points the way from the road.

The practice's website lists car parking, cycle parking and disabled parking. It gives no charges, time limits or directions to the spaces.

Repeat prescriptions

The practice doesn't take repeat prescription requests by phone. It points patients to the NHS App first, with an online form for those who can't use it, and you can also order in person at the surgery.

Prescription drop-in box

The practice's website says that if you have a repeat prescription slip, you can drop it off at the prescription drop-in box. It doesn't say where the box is or when it can be reached.
